Q: Do you provide discreet shipping?
Our packaging is 100% discreet. We pack each order in a plain mailer or box with our LLC name in the return address. We do include a flyer and use logo tape on the boxes the items come in (inside the mailer), but can use plain clear packing tape/omit the flyer instead if you’d prefer—you can note this at checkout.
Q: How fast will my order ship?
Made to order items ship in 5 days, everything else ships in 3 days. Our free domestic shipping for orders of $35+ is USPS Retail Ground (2-5 days). If you would like your order sooner, you may choose expedited shipping (Priority Mail) at checkout.
Q: How will I know when my order will arrive?
We email your tracking information when your order ships. We insure all orders under $100, free of charge.
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We offer a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee on any items that:
- arrive damaged in transit
- arrive mechanically non-functional
- are unused and in original packaging
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can not offer returns or exchanges on used but functional items. If you have any issues, please reach out to us at info@cutecruelty.com with any issues you may have and we will try our best to make things right.
Q: Where do you ship to?
We ship within the USA/US Territories, and ship internationally from our Etsy. We legally can not ship to following locations:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Malaysia
- India
- Maldives
